SPRING-FORD AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT

Student Registration Now Starts On-Line

If you have a new student to start at Spring-Ford, please read below and then proceed to the secure registration page.

--- All new student registrations use the procedure detailed below. Any student Kindergarten through Grade 12 for Current Year or Next Year. ---

We encourage you to start registration NOW for any new student, but it is even more important for Kindergarten!

KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION

2010-2011 School Year

Kindergarten appointments are still being scheduled.

If you have not started the registration process yet, please do so now.

AGE REQUIREMENT:

All Children Must Be 5 Years of Age by August 31, 2010

All Registrations Are By Appointment

You must bring the following items to registration:

Registration Packet
Birth Certificate
Proof of Residence (deed, lease)
Proof the following completed immunizations:

Four (4) DPT shots (including one dose administered after the fourth birthday)
Three (3) doses of oral polio vaccine or four (4) doses of inactivated polio vaccine
Two (2) doses of measles, mumps, and rubella vaccine (the first dose administered AFTER the first birthday)
Three (3) doses of hepatitis B vaccine
Varicella vaccine (Chicken Pox) or proof of disease
