Walkers:
- For
the safety of all students, walkers should
not be at the crosswalk until 8:40 AM.
The crossing guard will cross students
beginning at 8:40 AM until 8:50 AM.
After 8:50 AM parents must accompany
their child to the school.
Walkers will be dismissed at 3:40 PM and are
walked to the crossing guard by a monitor.
AM- Student
Drop - Off by Car:
- Parents/Guardians who find it necessary to
drive their child to school, are asked to
drop off their child at the Student Drop
Off Area (Door #13) adjacent to the parking
area.
Please note that this
area is one-way in and one-way out area.

Drop-off time is 8:35 AM - 8:50 AM.
Please pull up to the curb in the area
marked "Student Drop Off" and have your
child disembark on the curb side and enter
Door #13 until 8:50 AM.

Students should enter the front door after
8:50 AM with the regular bus students.
It is important to keep the traffic flow
moving so a back-up of traffic does not
occur. Please follow the arrows and
directions signs so that we can ensure the
maximum safety for your children, you and
our staff.

Children being dropped off after 9:00 AM
enter the school by the main entrance (Door
#1)
in front of the building and report
to the Office. Parents are asked to
park in the lot and walk the students to the
office. Any student arriving
after 9:00 AM will be required to be
signed in by a parent or guardian and
will be considered tardy.
PM
Student Pick-up by Car:
- Student pick-up time is 3:40 PM to 3:55 PM
at Door #13.
This door is opened
at 3:35 PM.
- Children being picked up must be signed out
by a parent / guardian or designated person.
If someone other than the parent / guardian
is picking up student, we must have in
writing from the parent the name of the
person designated to pick up the student.
- Parents picking up student at dismissal must
park in the designated parking lot in front
of Door #13 NO PARKING IS PERMITTED ANYWHERE
ALONG THE CURB. PLEASE PARK IN THE LOT
AND ENTER THE BUILDING THROUGH DOOR #13.

Please complete and return this form on the
FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL. This form will be
kept on file for the entire school year.

Bus Stops:
-
It is
recommended that students be at their bus
stop five minutes early on the first
few days of school. Remember that
school bus safety begins at the bus stop.
Pushing, fighting, etc. must be avoided.
It is also recommended that an adult
accompany students to bus stops if at all
possible. This helps to prevent
problems.
Lunch:
-
An
elementary school lunch will cost $2.40 /
day or $12.00 / week, an extra entree may be
purchased for $1.00.
You may buy your lunch or bring a packed
lunch each day. White or chocolate
milk may be purchased at the cost of $.40
per half-pint carton; 8 oz. bottle water may
be purchased for a cost of $.50.
The elementary school uses POS System
which enables you to send in any amount of
money to be put on account for your student.
This money may be used for lunch, milk or
snack purchases. Please remember to
provide the office with a current email
address and lunch account balance
information will be sent to you via email
for easy record keeping.
