Attention parents of incoming 7^th Grade Students

Dental Exams Required:

The state of Pennsylvania mandates that 7th grade students receive a dental exam. This exam may be done by your family dentist between September of 6th grade and October of Seventh grade. The appropriate form needs to be completed by the dentist and returned to the school nurse by Oct. 1. If you prefer a basic “mirror” dental exam can be performed by the school dentist instead.

The dental form is available on the district website. Go to District Info then Forms then Dental Exam
