the 9th Grade Center or the appropriate grade level office at the
10-12 Center to complete Section A and B of the working paper application

back to the high school by the parent or student and a permit is issued. No
sports physicals will be accepted by the state.
5)
Students who are 14 and 15 must go through the process whenever a new job
is secured and/or when they reach the age of 16. Students who are 16 and 17 will
receive a “blue card” permanent work permit (issued by the school) that allows
them to go from job to job using the same permit.

ages 14 through 17, and those students 18 and older still attending High School,
must have a work permit in order to be legally employed.
