The nurse can be found in the Health Suite located just past the school office.  If you are called by the nurse to pickup your child from school because of illness or injury, please enter the school office and sign your child out.  Then proceed to the Health Suite.

• Medication Guidelines - Completed when your child needs to take medication at school.

•   Medication Field Trip Form - Must be completed when any medication, which is ALREADY AT SCHOOL and taken on a regular or as needed basis, will need to be taken during the hours of a field trip.
