Daniel Boone Homestead Description: In traveling to the Daniel Boone Homestead, the Third Grade Class will be traveling back in time. With its main house built over 200 years ago, the Daniel Boone Homestead is a state and national treasure. The Third Graders will learn more about Daniel Boone's life in a hands on way when we begin to tour the grounds of this historical area. Don't forget your coonskin cap!!
