Careers In Science: A Webquest

Task

Science is everywhere.  There are many grown-ups who use science everyday.  Many of these grown-ups are considered scientists.  Some you would not think of as scientists, but science is a huge part of their job!  Your principal has asked you to invite some grown-ups with science jobs to visit for your school's career day.  Your job is to:

• research using the internet one science job

• write five interview questions for the grown-up

• perform your interview with a partner

• write a brief description of the science job
