Effective July 1, 2004, SFASD will no longer accept hard copy paper applications. We will exclusively use www.PA-Educator.net for all applicant pools. Application materials must be received on www.PA-Educator.net with applicants selecting the corresponding PA Educator Job ID number (Montgomery County) by the posted deadline for candidates to be eligible for employment.

Internal candidates are required to send written letter of interest to Dr. Leticia M. Rodríguez, Director of Human Resources.

Except where noted, External candidates for all professional positions should forward the following information to our online recruitment service  www.PA-Educator.net; completed standard PA application, copy of PA certificate, transcript of all academic achievement, current ACT 34 & 151 clearances, and 3 professional reference letters.  Please note that if you are selected for an interview for a contracted position you will be required to submit these original documents, as well as all Praxis scores, and a current health record at the time of interview (as pa-educator does not return the documents once they are scanned into their system). All individuals hired must have a current health record and tuberculosis test- to be eligible to start employment.

 

Professional Per Diem Substitutes Rates effective March 1, 2008:

SFASD is in need of per diem substitutes in all areas of certification

Compensation is according to the following scale:

First 20 days working in our district: $110/day
Days 21to 40 in our district: $120/day
Days 41-50 in our district: $135/day
51+ days in our district: $150/day
