Staff Development

In the Spring-Ford Area School District, we believe that hiring good professional staff is the most important thing we do for our students.  Our goal is to hire the best and then support them in furthering their own professional skills so that both they and our students are well-served.

Professional staff hired today will see more change throughout their careers than has ever taken place in education.  Therefore, if they are going to provide the instruction our students will need, they will need to continually grow as professionals.

To promote professional growth among our  staff, Spring-Ford has instituted a three-year induction program for all new professional staff.  Click here for Induction Program information.
