Spring-Ford Theatre

Spring-Ford Theatre Purpose and Vision:

  • The musical theatre production strives to simulate a professional musical production. This instructional strategy is a hands-on approach designed to teach concepts related to performance art as well as related disciplines.
  • The musical is extra-curricular in name only. We believe it is a fundamental, requisite offering of an American public school.
  • The musical should strive to become a culturally embedded community event, an authentic theater experience for cast and audience, and a point of pride for the Spring-Ford Area School District.

Fall Play

A Christmas Carol
November 16, 17 and 18, 2017

Our Fall Play begins when a troupe of actors set to perform the heartwarming tale of Ebenezer Scrooge. We all know this grumpy old miser's response to holiday cheer is "Bah, Humbug." Scrooge is a bitter old man who can no longer feel joy or affection, even for his family. But on one remarkable Christmas Eve, he is visited by the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Future. With their help, can Scrooge change his ways?

Your whole family will be in for a treat with this special adaptation! Deck the halls as the holiday spirit travels beyond the footlights, right into your very own heart.
