If your child will be going to a day care/sitter before school, after school, or both before and after school during the 2017-2018 school year, you must complete a CHILD CARE TRANSPORTATION FORM. This is true even if your child will attend the "Y" Care. This form does not carry over from year to year. A new form has to be completed for the 2017-2018 school year. Please click here to access this form. All forms must be submitted to Brooke's Office by July 28th.

Any Spring-Ford student in need of the TDAP, MCV, or Polio immunization may attend. Parents MUST bring a copy of their child's current immunizations and should preregister at: https://springfordstudents.questionpro.com
The Department of Health has changed school immunization regulations. The changes will be in effect for the beginning of the 2017/18 school year. NEW PA School Immunization Requirements MUST be met by 5th day of school or student will NOT be allowed to attend school. If you are unsure, please check with your pediatrician.

Summer Meal Programs help close the nutrition gap children face when schools let out for summer — when children no longer receive school meals they relied on throughout the school year.
