Mr. Aikens
Hi Everybody! Thank you for visiting my page. This is my 3rd year at
UPE! I have enjoyed being in the district and I have had so much fun being
here! I went to college for my undergrad at Slippery Rock University
and graduated with two
degrees. My first two years here I was teaching learning support with 3rd
& 4th grade. This is also my third year in ES. I started my student
teaching in Philadelphia School District and then over in Dublin, Ireland.
I came back to the states and moved to Maryland and started teaching ES. I then
moved here to UPE in 2004.
I
play rugby in the USA Super League for the Philadelphia-Whitemarsh R.F.C.
I love watching
baseball and football. My favorite teams are the Yankees
, Phillies
, and Pirates
. I also love
the Pittsburgh Steelers
.
Football is my favorite sport to watch. I love to travel and visit places
I have never been to. I have been to numerous countries including Canada,
Mexico, Ireland, France, UK, Scotland, and Italy. I live with the love of
my life. I have a Japanese Chin named Jack.
He is my guy...he is the
best dog ever! I I have a lizard named Mali 
and a cat named NalaBear. It is turning into a zoo!
