Pro-Social Program Update This year our theme is based upon the pre-historic era. You may see anything related to dinosaurs, cavemen, volcano's and more!. "UPE Rocks!" We will continue to use blue tickets to reward students for good choices made and choose one ticket from each class on Fridays for a primitive prize! Class blue tickets will also continue this year.. As a class ticket is pulled, that class wins a special treat! They will receive a cave-man care package from our resident guests this year, OOGA and BOOGA, pictured below. OOGA and BOOGA came to us from a far off place and the students (scholars) at UPE are going to help us teach them about making good choices. There will be scientists (staff) in the building studying the good behavior of our students in order to then teach our new friends. The students met OOGA and BOOGA for the first time at our assembly on September 26th and we had a blast. We already taught them how to raise their hands and be quiet when an adult asks for attention at an assembly! We hope to see OOGA and BOOGA evolve throughout this school year and become great scholars like our UPE students!
