Point of Sale System
Please consider the POS
System as a debit account, not as a credit card account. Money should be placed
in the account before your child buys lunch. You may prepay at any time. If
your child’s account reaches $4.00 or less, a low balance letter will be sent
to the homeroom teacher at the end of each day to be sent home as just a
reminder. Usually, the only time letters are not sent to the homeroom is if
there is an assembly. Also, if your
child’s account reaches a negative balance, a letter is sent to the child’s
teacher to be sent home that day. ONLY one credit is to be allowed. P.B. &
J. Sandwich (or a Cheese Sandwich) w/ one fruit and one milk are to be given
till account is brought up to date. If your child is in the negative, NO extra
entrée, drink, or snack purchases will be allowed. If you have questions or
would like to see your child’s transaction sheet, Please call or e-mail using
the contacts below. When sending money in with your child, please include the
classroom teacher’s name, dollar amount and check number to insure proper
credit to the account. Checks should be made out to Spring-Ford Cafeteria.
Thank You for your
cooperation in keeping your child’s account up to date.
