I believe in a positive discipline approach as much as possible.  I try to encourage students to make good choices and to think positively in all situations possible.   I truly believe that children need encouragement, support and praise in the areas that are strong and to try their BEST in the areas that need a little more time and effort. 

 I have 3 simple rules: 

1.  Do What is Right. 

2.  Always Try Your BEST.    And.....

3.  Treat others as you would want to be treated.

I also try to encourage children to STOP and THINK  in any or all situations that they may find themselves involved in.    Our job is to get students to begin to take some responsibility for their actions, and also to learn from their mistakes.
