First Grade
"Plants and Animals"
In First Grade, we'll explore living vs. non-living things: the sun, air, water, minerals, food, animals, and many other things! We'll meet "Marvin," a creature who is visiting Earth, and we'll find out the four things that Marvin needs to survive. Can you guess what they are? Here's a clue: M.A.W.S. Be ready to tell me about it when you come to class!
We'll also play a butterfly game, learn about bird raincoats, and even make some tree friends during the first grade environmental lesson!
