Kindergarten
"The Five Senses"
In Kindergarten, we explore the environment with our five senses:
sight,
smell,
touch,
taste, and
hearing.
We'll hunt outside for seed pods, leaves, feathers, and other fun items. We'll also discover different textures on items such as bark and shells, and we'll play a guessing game to discover what they are! Later, while Mrs. DeAngelis tells a special story, we'll taste different treats, and try to guess each one by its smell and flavor. Finally, we'll tie everything together with a song about our five senses!
