My name is Nathan Fisher.  This is my third year teaching here at Evans Elementary.  I am a former employee of Limerick Elementary School where I worked as an Instructional Assistant for two years.  As I was worked there as an assistant I attended Eastern University and obtained my elementary education certification in May 06.  Prior to working at Limerick I attended Liberty University and graduated from there in May of 03 with a degree in Psychology.  I have been married for almost five years to a wonderful woman named Becca.  She currently works at the Pottstown Hospital as a Registered Nurse.  We had our first child, Lila, in February of 08.  We are expecting our second in the beginning of May 2010.  In my spare time I enjoy playing flag football, basketball, and watching our Philadelphia sports teams.

Teaching is my passion and I feel that I have been blessed with a tremendous opportunity to teach here at Evans Elementary School.  I understand that teaching is a huge responsibility, so I want to be clear that I will do everything in my power to create an atmosphere in our classroom that encourages the students to learn to their utmost potential, respect themselves and others, and hopefully have some fun along the way.
