Any SENIOR student who has not provided proof of the required Meningococcal vaccine (MCV) will be excluded from school after September 3, 2019. Documentation of the MCV should be delivered to the 10-12 Center Nurses' Office or faxed to: 610-705-6219 by the end of the school day TODAY.
