Welcome to the Spring-Ford Area School District Athletics Department. Here, you will find the various athletic programs and initiatives that SFASD has to offer to current students.

Spring-Ford participates in the Pioneer Athletic Conference (PAC) and is an active member of the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA). For those interested in becoming a student-athlete, we sponsor 28 sports in our high school program, and 14 sports in our middle grades program.

Online Ticket Sales

Spring-Ford's athletic Ticket Sales are moving to electronic ticketing through Ticket Spicket. Ticket Spicket does require you to have an account for purchase, it is recommended that you purchase tickets before arriving at the stadium/gym.

McNelly Stadium Spectator Information

Spectator Expectations

  • Students in 8th grade or younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian with a ticket in order to enter McNelly Stadium.
  • Treat all fans, participants, and athletes with respect.
  • Show respect for the game officials and refrain from booing their decisions or interfering with their control of the contest.
  • Showing respect for visiting players and injured athletes, by not booing participants on the playing area, and by respecting property.
  • Vulgarity and indecent gestures are unacceptable.
  • Use only positive cheers, signs, and praise without antagonizing or demeaning visiting teams and fans.
  • Recognize outstanding performances on either side of the playing field.
  • Know the rules and strategies of the game in order to cheer at proper times.
  • Maintain enthusiasm and composure, serving as a role model to our younger Spring-Ford Rams.
  • There is a no reentry policy in place. Please bring any weather appropriate items with you to be prepared for the duration of the event.

Bag Policy

  • No backpacks or large purses/bags will be allowed into Coach McNelly Stadium, Rams Baseball Stadium, or sporting events inside school district buildings. There will be an area located outside of the venue where bags can be left if so desired. Please note, Spring-Ford School Police and Security will NOT monitor this area. It is best to leave bags at home, in lockers, or in personal vehicles.
  • Diaper bags or bags needed for medical reasons are allowed but are subject to search by Security prior to entry.
  • Entry into an event will not be allowed without inspection by Security. Persons who do not cooperate with this directive, will be asked to leave the property. Persons and/or small purses on campus are subject to search while on district property.
