Senior Survey - Class of 2024

Before you “sail off” into your future, be sure to complete the Senior Survey! (It’s the survey with the sailboat graphic.) This survey must be completed by ALL seniors for state reporting. For those pursuing higher education, this is the place to indicate where the FPC is to send your final transcript. (If you have not yet selected your college, complete the Senior Survey as soon as you make your decision!) Senior Survey Here

About the FPC

The Future Planning Center (FPC) is a college and career resource center for Spring-Ford students and parents. Information on the following items can be found at the FPC: colleges/universities, the college admissions process, standardized tests (PSAT, SAT, and ACT), financial aid, majors, careers, and military options. The FPC is outfitted with desktop computers for students to access Naviance and Smart Futures to research careers, majors, and colleges. During senior year, students may use these computers to complete online admissions applications and other pertinent college forms. College & Career Advisors provide individualized assistance with post-secondary planning. The advisors work closely with the school counselors to ensure students have the support they need to move toward their goals. Advisors also serve as the primary liaisons between the high school and representatives from colleges, businesses and the military. Students and parents are encouraged to take advantage of FPC services.
