Trouble Viewing Pictures?

By default, pictures in email messages won’t be downloaded automatically in Microsoft Outlook. Most of time you can view the frame of pictures in the email messages, but pictures don’t display. Here we provide you with the methods to download pictures manually in one email message, or download pictures automatically for all received email messages automatically as well.

When viewing a message that contains images/pictures, you will have the option to either load the message content or add the sender to your safe sender's list. By clicking on the information banner underneath the "To" field, highlighted in a blue box, the following options will be displayed:

Download Pictures: If you activate this setting, the image content will be downloaded and all the content will be visible for this message always.

Change Automatic Download Settings: You can control whether Outlook automatically downloads and displays pictures when you open an eNotify message. Uncheck "don't download pictures automatically in NTML email messages or RSS items." Or, if you establish your Safe Sender list, simply uncheck "Permit downloads in email messages from senders in the Safe Senders list."

Add Sender to Safe Senders List: If you activate this setting, the image content will be downloaded and all the content will be visible for this message always. In addition, for any messages you receive from this sender in the future, all images/pictures will be downloaded.
