This message is intended for any student in grades 7-12 for the 2026-2027 school year (current 6th -11th grade)

Greetings 6th - 11th Grade Parents!

We are excited to announce that we are now offering the convenience of online athletic registration through Arbiter Student Registration!

Arbiter Student Registration is a secure registration platform that provides you with an easy, user-friendly way to register for our programs, and helps us to be more administratively efficient and environmentally responsible. When you register through Arbiter Student Registration, the system keeps track of your information in your profile. You enter your information only once for each family member for multiple uses and multiple programs.

Spring-Ford lists ALL Athletics under Spring-Ford High School, do not be concerned that your student is not in High School.

REGISTRATION DATES FOR EACH SEASON:

  • Fall registration is due 2 weeks before your first practice/tryouts (registration opens May 1, 2026), seasons begin August 10, 2026 for Football and Golf, August 17, 2026 for all other HS sports.  Middle school sports start a week or two later depending on tryouts and the start date of games.
  • Winter registration is due by November 1, 2026 (registration opens on October 1st), season starts on November 20, 2026 for middle school and high school sports
  • Spring registration is due by February 18, 2027  (registration opens on February 1st), season starts on March 8th for HS sports.  Middle school sports start a week later depending on tryouts and start date of games.

A missed tryout opportunity may occur if you fail to meet the deadlines.

INFORMATION NEEDED TO REGISTER:
It will be helpful to have the following information handy to complete your online registration accurately:

  •  Primary Care Physician Information (Name, Address, Phone Number)
  •  Insurance Card 
  •  Emergency Contact Information (Name, Address, Phone Number)
  •  Completed PIAA Medical Examination Form (MUST be dated May 1, 2026, or later, to be used for 26/27 School year

Arbiter Sports Registration

Registering as a new user on Arbiter Student Registration is simple.  Follow these steps:

First, create and activate your Arbiter account.

  1.  There is only 1 account per family that you need to complete (no parent and student accounts).
  2. After you sign up for an account please check your inbox for an Activation Email from Arbiter Student Registration. You'll need to click the link in that email to activate your account.
  3. Once you have activated your account, you will be ready to register for our program! Please click here to read a help article on how to register for the first time.

If you make a team at Spring-Ford, there will be a ONE TIME activity fee of 75.00 for a middle school team and 100.00 for a high school team.  This fee will allow the student to participate in multiple activities for the year.  This will be collected via School Pay.  Look for an email after rosters are made.  

At any time, you may log in to Arbiter Registration, click Login, and click For Families/Students at https://students.arbitersports.com/organizations/21286/programs to update your information and to check your registration(s).
 

To view a completed registration, select the Registrations tab in the blue menu bar at the top of your screen.

REMINDER: Athletic physicals must be completed on or after May 1, 2026.

 

Student Activity Fee
The Spring-Ford Area School District Board of Directors has established a Student Activity Fee for all secondary students who wish to participate in the extracurricular activities of athletics, marching band and select chorus (Vocal Ensemble and Gold ‘n Blue).

The fee will be $100.00 for students participating in programs that are 9th – 12th grade levels and will be $75.00 for students participating in programs which are 7th and 8th grade levels. These fees will be a one-time annual fee and will enable the student to participate in multiple activities for the year.

Provisions will be made for exemption and/or accommodations in paying these fees for students in the free and reduced lunch program. You must go into School Pay to see if you are eligible.

You will receive an email when Student Activity Fee's will be due.  The fee will be uploaded to your School Pay account and must be paid through School Pay.
