Safe Sender

Add a contact to your Gmail account:

1. On your computer, go to Google Contacts.
2. At the top left, click Create contact.
3. Click Create contact or Create multiple contacts.
4. Enter the contact's information.
5. Click Save.

Adding contacts to your trusted Yahoo sender list is fairly simple:

1. Open the email sent to you by the contact you wish to label as safe. Be sure to check both the inbox folder and junk or spam folder.
2. Copy the email address
3. Click the Contacts icon located in the upper right-hand corner of your Yahoo! Mail Inbox Homepage. When you scroll over the first icon, it should say ‘Contacts’.
4. Click ‘Add a new contact’ located below the list of your contacts.

Click “Mark as safe” link located below the sender’s e-mail address. This action will automatically add the sender’s e-mail address to your Safe list. If you want to manually add a contact to your safe senders list please follow the steps below:

1. Sign in to your account and navigate to your Outlook Inbox.
2. Click the gear icon located at the upper-right side of the page.
3. Select More mail settings.
4. Under Preventing junk email, click Safe and blocked senders.
5. Click Safe senders.
6. In the text box, type in the email address or domain you’d like to always receive email from, and then click Add to list >>.

To add an email address to your AOL Mail safe sender list, you must add a contact to your Address book or Custom sender list. Replying to the email will automatically enlist the email address as your trusted contact.

1. Locate the Contacts option on the left navigation bar of your AOL Mail Home Page (under the Trash folder).
2. Click New Contact icon.
3. Type the contact information in the required and optional fields.
4. Scroll to the bottom and click Add Contact.
5. A confirmation message that the contact has been created will appear.

Pro tip: Be sure that you have the latest version of AOL Mail to receive notifications that you have a new email in the Spam folder.

1. Go to Settings at the top of your page
2. Click Email Settings on the left
3. Click Blocking under that header on the left.
4. Add the domain you want to receive messages from to the Safe Senders section at the bottom.

Note: The section may be collapsed. If so, click on the triangle/arrow on the right to expand it.
