On November 16th, Spring-Ford welcomed hundreds of community members, parents, students, teachers, administrators, coaches, and board members to the Performing Arts Area, Physical Education Area, and Corridor Ribbon Cutting!

This project, which was approved in 2016, addresses the needs of the growing arts and physical education programs.

FAST FACTS

  • Town Hall Presentation: Spring-Ford Area School District held a Town Hall Meeting open to the community on March 23, 2017. Click here to view the Town Hall Meeting online.
  • Performing Arts Expansion Features: adds an additional 10,700 square feet for the performing arts program.
  • Benefits: Improve student safety and the quality of the growing performing arts program.
  • Corridor Expansion Features: the new corridor flows along the exterior wall of the current Art Wing and allows for students to safely move from one side of the building to the other.
  • Physical Education Expansion Features: additional 17,200 square feet for the physical education program including an expanded lower level Aux Gym. Benefits: Improve student safety and the quality of the physical education program.
