Transportation Request Reminder
In order to arrange the safest and most efficient bus routes should Spring-Ford return to school with restrictions, Spring-Ford’s Transportation Department will need to identify which students will and will not use school bus transportation for the 2020-2021 school year. Please log in to Skyward to complete the Transportation Request Form no later than July 6, 2020. Please note:

• The Transportation Request Form is available only for students who currently receive transportation services, this form is not available for walkers.
• Your request will be used ONLY if seating on buses is restricted by COVID-19 guidelines. This will help the Transportation Department to properly identify and prepare for transportation needs if restrictions are put in place.
• By selecting “Decline District Busing” you are authorizing the district to NOT reserve a seat on a bus to transport your student to Spring-Ford schools. As such, your student will not be permitted to use district transportation to and from school.
• As always, students are to ride only their assigned bus, and only use their assigned bus stop.
• Alternate transportation arrangements for any reason are the responsibility of the parent/guardian.

Summer Meal Program Reminder
Spring-Ford will continue providing free breakfast/lunch brown bag service to ALL students in our footprint, 18 and under, this summer! Our goal is to ensure students in our community have access to breakfast and lunch regularly.

WHEN: Each Tuesday and Thursday from June 16 through August 27 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
WHERE: The 5/6/7 Grade Center, 833 South Lewis Rd. Building 2, Royersford; Royersford Elementary School, 450 Spring Street, Royersford; Spring City Elementary School, 190 South Wall Street, Spring City
DETAILS: During your Tuesday pick up, you will be given meals for Tuesday and Wednesday. During your Thursday pick up, you will be given meals for Thursday, Friday, and Monday.

Athletic Registration Forms Drop Off: Incoming Grades 7-12
Athletic Registration forms (PIAA Section 5 Health History and PIAA Section 6 CIPPE Physical) can be dropped off at the 10-12 Building Main Entrance (10th & 11th grade house office entrance), during the month of July.  We will only be accepting dropped off forms during the scheduled hours below, you may still mail them in.

Online registration must be completed before forms can be turned in. 

• Monday, July 6: 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.
• Tuesday, July 14: 3 p.m. – 5 p.m.
• Wednesday, July 22: 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.
• Tuesday, July 28: 3 p.m. – 5 p.m.
• Thursday, July 30: 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.
