Full Belly Bags

From 10/12 through 11/2, Builders Club will be working with a local nonprofit, The Giving Tree, to collect and assemble "Full Belly Bags" that will be distributed to families in need within the local area. How to help? Students and families can do any of the following:

  • Create Full Belly Bags at home and send them into school.
  • Bring in individual items (mac & cheese cups / ramen noodles, applesauce cups, oatmeal packets, granola bars, cookie packs or gallon size ziploc bags).
  • Send in cash.

All items can be delivered to the bins in the main lobby, Room 258 (Miss Ames), or Room 252 (Mrs. Quigley). The school that donates the most Full Belly Bags will win a visit from the Phillie Phanatic in December!

The 7th Grade Center would like to honor those Veterans who have invested themselves in the security, safety and well-being of our nation on Wednesday, November 11th. We will be holding an assembly from  8:15am-9:15am and would love for our Veterans to attend. Please CLICK HERE to complete the form if you would like to have your veteran included in the program. The deadline for submission is Monday, November 2nd.

What types of things should I report? If it makes you uncomfortable, submit a tip. It will be up to your school to determine what the next steps are. Do you think someone is going to harm themselves? Did you see something scary that concerns you online? Submit this kind of thing.

Safe2Say Something is the easiest way to let someone know that there is a problem and let them handle it. The best part is, they will never know who it was that submitted it. It’s that simple.
