Spring-Ford Area High School

ATTENDANCE INFORMATION

To report a student absence, parents are requested to email sfhsattendance@spring-ford.net prior to 8:30am on the day of the absence.  This email address is also used for early dismissals and late arrivals.  Emails are monitored throughout the school day.

A verified note or email from the parent explaining the specific reason for the absence is required by State law.  This note must be received within 3 days of the pupil's return to school and should be delivered to the attendance office.  This note should include the child's full name, date of absence, and reason for absence.

What types of things should I report? If it makes you uncomfortable, submit a tip. It will be up to your school to determine what the next steps are. Do you think someone is going to harm themselves? Did you see something scary that concerns you online? Submit this kind of thing.

Safe2Say Something is the easiest way to let someone know that there is a problem and let them handle it. The best part is, they will never know who it was that submitted it. It’s that simple.
