A: Grades 9-12 will pick up your book in your house office on distribution day during your English class.
Q: What if I’m a cyber or exclusively dual credit student?
A: Your house office will have your yearbook; stop by during office hours.
Q: What if I’m absent on distribution day?
A: A parent/guardian may pick up the book for their student. Or, when you return to school, you can go to the house office to pick up your yearbook. House offices will hold yearbooks to continue distributing and will begin calling students down to the office to remind them to pick up their yearbooks.
Q: What if I didn’t order a yearbook and want to place an order?
A: Once we have distributed the pre-ordered yearbooks, we will re-open yearbook sales to sell any remaining yearbooks. Yearbooks will be available on a first come, first served basis and will be ordered online at yearbookforever.com until we are sold out. Please note that new orders may take a day or two to show up on the lists provided to the house offices. We appreciate your patience! Orders placed after distribution day will be picked up at house offices before or after school.

Smartphone Camera Tips
We want to use YOUR photos in the yearbook!
FIRST, check your camera settings if using an iPhone 8 or newer.
The yearbook staff works with JPEG images, but images are saved in HEIC format by default on iPhone 8 and newer running iOS 11 or above. HEIC image formats are not compatible with our yearbook page creation software. Android users or users with older iPhones who update to iOS 11 are not affected.
To ensure the proper format, change your camera image settings on your iPhone to only take pictures as JPEGs. Here’s how to make the setting change in iOS:
1. Open the Settings app on the iPhone and go to Camera.
2. Choose Formats and select Most Compatible to take photos in JPEG format.
3. Close the Settings app.
NEXT, follow these tips to take better smartphone pictures.
- Clean your camera lens with a soft, non-abrasive microfiber cloth.
- Frame and compose your image using the “rule of thirds” gridlines.
- On iPhones, open the Settings app and go to Camera. Enable Grid.
- On Android, go to Settings > Apps > Camera and select Grid Lines.
- Don’t use the digital zoom. Use your feet and get closer to your subject.
- Look for other light sources other than using your flash by default.
- Use a pocket-sized tripod to help steady and straighten your images.
- Tapping your screen will cause vibrations. Use a remote shutter.
- On iPhones, Siri will open the Camera app on request. If you have an Apple Watch, open the Camera app on your watch for a remote shutter.
- On Android, ask Google Assistant to take a photo, selfie or timed image.
- Use Portrait Mode to blur backgrounds only when you have good light.
LAST, open the Yearbook Snap app and submit your pictures.
- Download the Yearbook Snap app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Search for Spring-Ford High School and enter the access code: RAMS
- Upload your photos for possible inclusion in the yearbook! Please note that submission is not a guarantee of inclusion.
