ParentSquare

Follow the steps below change the phone number associated with your account. If you do not need to make a change, then no further action is required on your part.

• Log into Skyward Family Access
• Click on "My Account"
• Click into the Email box to edit your email.
• Each parent has an option to add up to three phone numbers. ParentSquare will call and/or text the SECOND phone number listed here. Only the second and third number can be edited. If an individual has only one phone number, it should be included in the first and second areas. 
• Click save once changes are made. 

Updates sync from Skyward to PSQ overnight, changes will be seen the next day.

Update your Notification Setting (using mobile app)

1. From home screen tap the triple bar menu at top left.
2. Select Account and then Notifications.
3. Select how you want to be notified at each school.
   - Turn OFF Custom Settings to use the same notification settings for all schools.
   - Turn ON Custom Settings to set different notifications at each school.
4. Toggle on or off to receive Email, Text and/or App Notifications. 
5. Select Instant or Digest for each mode. Note: Digest is recommended – you will receive one notification per day, for all posts, in the evening.
   
   Note: In order to receive app notifications on your phone, be sure they are enabled in your phone settings. 

STUDENTS:
All students in grades 5-12 receive ParentSquare emails to their Spring-Ford issued email addresses. With parent permission, students may also download the StudentSquare app to receive push notifications. Spring-Ford does not collect student cell phone numbers, and will not communicate with students directly through text messages.

• StudentqSquare can be downloaded from the iOS or Android store for free.
• Students can click here to activate their account. Students will need their Spring-Ford issued Gmail email addrses and password.
