Skyward Updates

Families can update their contact information (phone and email) during First Day Verification, open annually on August 1. Outside of this time, you can follow the steps below to make changes to your phone number and email address: 

• Log into Skyward Family Access
• Click on "My Account" 
• Here, you can check your Primary Phone and Home Email.
  • To update your Primary Phone (preferably a cell phone) or Home Email, make your changes then click "Save"

Spring-Ford's mass notification program, ParentSquare, calls and text messages will be sent to the Primary Phone number listed here.
